How it works, in practice

▶ The employee clocks in from their area with a tap — or from the WhatsApp bot, by tapping the menu buttons or sending a voice message, no commands to type.
▶ The system records the action, applies the rules (shifts, breaks, overtime) and — if needed — instantly notifies the relevant manager.
▶ The manager approves or rejects with a single tap from their phone, or from Wally's Web App.
▶ The admin monitors from Wally's Web App: live status, user management, Excel/PDF reports, payroll CSV, free queries, backups.

Activation covers everything needed to start turnkey: installation of your dedicated instance (your data stays yours only), setup of your company WhatsApp number with full assistance on the Meta portal, initial employee data load, customisation (company name, departments, schedules and thresholds), initial training for you and your managers, and go-live support. You pay it once: from then on only the plan fee.
